  • 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 4 slices goat’s cheese
  • 1⁄2 mango sliced
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1⁄4 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. basil leaves


  • Toast the bread.
  • Place the sliced cheese and mango on the toast and drizzle with honey.
  • To serve, season with salt and garnish with basil leaves.
