Have You Tried the Eat MORE Diet?

Have you tried a diet before by NOT eating some certain foods or just simply not eating much and feeling starved all the time?

Well, I know I have.

Here is the thing, possibly a mind-blowing thing: what if I told you that you can eat MORE and lose weight?

All the so-called “diets” are focused on what foods to avoid or cut out completely.

If you have food sensitivity, allergy or if particular food triggers something you don’t like, by all means, eliminate those food. Do what makes you feel better.

But if you don’t have any issues, you don’t have to cut out foods that you love from your life.

I don’t know about you but I LOVE food.

Lots of joy comes from food. I want to enjoy my life and food is a big part of it for me.

So, try switching your focus from what you “can’t” eat to what you can “add more” of.

So, what can you eat more of?

  1. Eat more lean protein.
  2. Eat more colourful vegetables and fruits.
  3. Eat more healthy fats.
  4. Enjoy your treat here and there (I split a pack of spicy Korean ramen with my daughter yesterday and I didn’t hate myself for it.).

Bonus: Because you are not eliminating your favourite foods, you can use this “Eat MORE Diet” for life! 😉
