Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb roasted chicken breast shredded
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 2/3 cup red grapes halved
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, onion, apple, grapes, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well until combined.

Notes

Serve as a sandwich filling, over lettuce leaves, or a jacket potato.
