High Protein Chicken Salad
Tasty and packs a giant protein punch.
- 1 lb roasted chicken breast shredded
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 apple chopped
- 2/3 cup red grapes halved
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, onion, apple, grapes, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well until combined.
Serve as a sandwich filling, over lettuce leaves, or a jacket potato.
