Papaya and Tumeric Smoothie
Enjoy a delicious smoothie with almost no work!
- 1 ⁄2 medium papaya 5 oz. /150g peeled, chopped
- 1 banana
- 1 1 ⁄2 cup 350ml coconut milk, carton
- 1 ⁄2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 ⁄2 lime juice
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 scoop 25g vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup ice
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Divide between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
