Mindset by Design is the evolution of everything I’ve learned from my 15 years running CrossFit Toronto and helping literally 1000s of people along the way.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, gyms had to close but people still needed their coaching and support.
Unfortunately, there were (and still are) very few places and people that are able to provide this without a physical space or being physically present.
This is where Mindset by Design and my unique process, The Koujoushin Method, excel.
From nutrition to technique, training protocol to mindset, my approach is designed to help anyone who has a long term view of health and fitness.
I don’t use gimmicks, “crash” courses/diets, or any sort of extreme method.
